HEALTHY VEGAN DINNER

I was at my friends house yesterday and we decided to make this delicious healthy dinner. So what we did was pretty simple. Here comes our secret recipe..

FILLED PEPPER

1 Red pepper

200gram of Philadephia "Sweet Chili"

100gram of Greek yogurt

4slices of procsiotto

Heat up the oven to 175 degrees.

Slice the red pepper. Blend the yogurt and philadelphia in a separete bowl. Put the mixed ingridients in the pepper. And top it of with the ham! Then put them in the oven for about 7 min on 175 degrees.

CRISPY KALE

300gram of Kale

Olive oil

Salt

Put the kale on a oven plate, pour a lot of olive oil and add salt after taste.

Put it in the oven for about 5-7 min on 200 degrees.

TOMATO SALSA

2 tomatoes

1 red onion

Chop everything and put them in two small bowls for serving. Add some salt and olive oil! You can also add some coriander if you like.
