Breakfast - The most importent meal of the day

I know that some people are NOT morning persons. They sleep in, they don't eat breakfast and if they do they surtenaly do not eat somthing healthy. In fact, the first meal of the day is the most importent. If you eat a lot of sweets and little things now and then during the day i'ts mostly beacause you've had a bad breakfast. There are plenty of nice recipes to do that are both fast, good & healthy.

When I'm in L.A I eat this a lot. They sell it all over the place, pretty much everywhere. It's smoothie, with granola and topt with different berries. You can make that easy at home to!
