The PMS guide

I have a really low energy vibe today. I think my period is around the corner and as many other women, I feel terrible. I am gonna lock myself in my bedroom, with sweets and movies to distract my overactive mind. I know that pms can be absolutely horrible at some times. I have felt the worst punch. I'ts like I 'm all of a sudden a slave to my own feelings, that jumps up and down like a freaking rollercoaster. I think everyone is mean and are "out to get me". I feel sorry for my own little ass for no apperent reason, I can start fighting tears when things don't go my way. I can seriously think that people that I know care about me, don't like me at all and that I am just this pain in the ass high on hormones.

I almost get sick and tired of myself writing all of this down. Wich means that I am highly aware of this whole process but still feels the same freaking way. Urgh...

So I thought that there are a lot of women out there feeling the same way as I do. So i have decided to do a little spiritual guide for you guys on how to survive this dreadful week.

THE PMS GUIDE

This is not gonna be some guide on what chocolate you should eat or how you are gonna convinse your boyfriend to be you personal slave during this "hard time" of the month. This is about you and your body. There is something ALL woman have incommon, well we bleed out of our Va-jay jays once a month. Wich causes imbalance with our hormones creating, not so cute monsters.

How about, instead of fighting ypur period. Accept it. It's natural and 50% of the earth population has it. I personally don't understand all the "hush hush" about it. There is nothing to be ashamed off. Without it our bodys would not function. Which would mean no more babies, wich would cause well a total ending off the whole human race. Embrace the fact that you are a woman and especially in this time of the month. We need to be extra nice to ourselves.

Actually, for you guys that want to practice the whole"live in the Now". This is the perfect time. Because you are gonna be extra pessimistic, shorter tempered and extra sensitive. Wich means you can challenge yourself even more. Use this time to be the person you want to be. Meditate, take yoga classes. Do everything spiritual because you are closer to your feelings during this time then ever. Don't get scared of all these feelings beacause feelings are beautiful. They just get ugly when you loose control and let them run your life. So I would say that it is extra importent to do all spiritual activities.

1. Meditate

2. Take a Yoga class

3. Fill your body with nutriosious food

- clean eating

- Dark chocolate

4. Accept

As long as you accept the situation you are in (in other words the Now) it looses it's power over you. And that bad feeling turns into something good.
